Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please review your order carefully before finishing checkout. Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or modify it. To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing.
No Cancellations: Once placed, an order cannot be canceled.
No Modifications: We cannot add/remove items or change shipping/billing addresses after submission.
The Solution: If you placed an order you no longer want, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return (subject to our Return Policy below).
Q: Can I return my item?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out! You have 15 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.
The Cost: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Condition: Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Processing: Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale & Clearance: Items discounted 15% or more, or marked "Sale"/"Final Sale."
International Orders: Orders shipped outside the U.S.
Late Returns: Items postmarked more than 15 days after delivery.
Q: What about "flaws" on Loungefly bags?
Loungefly bags are unique! Please note that factory irregularities such as small dips, stitching variances, creases, or small ink spots are normal.
Not Defects: These are not considered defects and do not qualify for free return shipping.
Print Placement: "All-Over-Print" items will have different pattern placements on every bag. We cannot exchange based on placement preference.
True Defects: If your item has a major flaw (rips, tears, missing paint), please email info@circleofhopeboutique.com with photos within 15 days of delivery.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
No. Because we are a small shop with limited inventory, we are unable to process direct exchanges.
How to swap: If you need a different item, please return your current item for a refund (minus the restocking fee) and purchase the new item separately.
Q: When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 1–3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is an unexpected delay!
Q: My package is lost or arrived damaged.
Once we hand your package to USPS or UPS, ownership transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
Lost Packages: Please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) directly to file a claim.
Damaged Arrive: If a package arrives damaged, you MUST email us detailed photos of the damaged item and the packaging box. We need these photos to assist you in processing a claim.
Q: Do you ship Internationally or to Canada?
International: Due to licensing restrictions, most of our catalog is only available for shipping within the U.S.
Canada: As of March 2023, we no longer ship to Canada due to carrier policies and high customs fees. We apologize for the inconvenience!
