Refund policy

Refunds and cancellations of Pre-orders (Presales)  

As of November 4, 2020, preorders will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee including shipping. Another option is to have the full amount credited as store credit and there is no fee. If you want to exchange for a similar value item, the exchange will be at the current price of the item.  

Returns or cancellation for shipped items 

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. That's why we have a 14 day return policy on unused items.  We do not pay for shipping costs or refund initial shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with tags on. If the item came in a display box, the display box must be in new condition.  Products must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Not worn, washed or tags removed, and must be free of smells (smoke and pet odors). Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. SALE ITEMS, Clearance items, anything discounted 20% or more is non-refundable, or anything that has FINAL SALE written in the description or code. 

Non-returnable items: 

  • Items marked 20% off or more.

  • Final sale items and clearance items.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned and postmarked more than  7 days after delivery.

  • International Orders - Any order made outside the United States will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

As of November 1, 2020, all refunds and cancellations are subject to a 15% fee  of total order including shipping.   

If you are approved for a refund, you will have the choice for partial refund (if applicable), or store credit (if applicable). Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-20 business days.   

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If 7-20 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It sometimes takes a while before refunds are officially posted after we have applied the refund on our end. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@circleofhopeboutique.com

Exchanges  

We are no longer able to exchange items. If items are defective or damaged, please contact info@circleofhopeboutique.com and send a picture of defective item.  

Please note that Loungefly bags will sometimes have some irregularities such as dips, stitching, or small ink spots. These are not considered defects or flaws and do not qualify for return shipping postage. All over print items will have different placements on each product. You are responsible to pay return shipping on any items being returned for the above reason. Our team will do our best to inspect every item before shipment for major flaws such as rips, tears, unravel stitching, or missing paint.

Because we are a small shop and without high inventory, we are unable to exchange items. If you need a different size, you can return the item for a refund or a store credit, and (if the item is still available) purchase the size you need at the current price. 

Manufacturing Defects

Please know that  manufacturing defects do not include irregularities such as dips, creases, stitching, or small ink spots, since these are quite normal on all Loungefly products.

Gifts  

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Free Shipping on Order Over $100 in the Domestic U.S.

Some orders over $100 may be eligible for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. When customers cancel a portion of their order, bringing the total value of the order under $100, the free shipping promotion is no longer valid. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount to account for shipping the remaining products. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Ownership of packages is turned over to the buyer once shipped via USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS.
