Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your goodies! But we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here is everything you need to know about changes, returns, and shipping.

1. Cancellations

Change your mind right after purchasing? Here are your options:

  • Store Credit (Best Value): We can refund the full amount as Store Credit for free.

  • Cash Refund: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, there is a 15% cancellation fee (this covers our processing costs).

  • Exchanges: Swap for a similar value item at its current price before it ships!


2. Returns (The "Oops" Policy)

14 day return policy on unused items - Got your order but it’s not quite right? You have 14 days to initiate a return.

  • Condition Matters: Items need to be brand new, unused, unwashed, and odor-free with all tags and packaging intact. (If it came in a display box, that needs to be perfect too!)

  • Shipping Costs: We don't cover return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 What Cannot Be Returned:

  • Sale Items: Anything discounted 20% or more, clearance, or marked "Final Sale."

  • International Orders: Orders shipped outside the U.S.

  • Used Goods: Anything worn, damaged, or missing parts.


3. Refunds

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll process your refund!

  • The Details: Just like cancellations, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the total.

  • Timeline: Refunds usually land back in your account in 7–20 business days.

  • Store Credit: You can also choose store credit if you prefer!


4. Exchanges

Because we are a small shop with limited stock, we can’t do direct exchanges.

  • The Fix: Simply return the item you have for a refund (or store credit) and snag the correct size/style as a new order!


5. A Note on Loungefly & Defects

We inspect everything before it leaves our door. However, Loungefly bags are unique!

  • Normal Quirks: Small dips, slight stitching variations, creases, or tiny ink spots are normal for these bags. These aren't considered defects and don't qualify for free returns.

  • Pattern Placement: On "All-Over-Print" items, the pattern looks different on every bag. We can't exchange based on pattern placement.

  • True Defects: If something is truly damaged (rips, broken hardware), please email us at info@circleofhopeboutique.com with pictures right away!


6. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free in the contiguous U.S.! (Note: If you return part of the order and the total drops below $100, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your refund).

  • Once it Leaves Our Hands: Once we hand your package to UPS or USPS, it is their responsibility. We aren't responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages—please contact the carrier directly for help.
