Q:Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations of pre-orders or unshipped items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee including shipping. If you need to cancel, we offer store credit for all cancellations with no added fee. If you would prefer a credit back to your original form of payment, please note that we do charge a 15% fee. If you paid with store credit, your store credit will be refunded without the fee. Please note: Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Q: Can I return my item?

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. That's why we have a 15 day return policy on 'returnable items'.  We do not pay for return shipping nor are we able to refund the original shipping to you.

For items that are defective or damaged. Please contact info@circleofhopeboutique.com and send a picture of defective item. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 

Please note that Loungefly bags will sometimes have some irregularities such as dips, stitching, creases, or small ink spots. These are not consider defects or flaws and do not qualify for return shipping postage. All over print items will have different placements on each product. You are responsible to pay return shipping on any items being returned for the above reason that are not considered defective or damaged. Our team will do our best to inspect every item before shipment for major flaws such as rips, tears, unravel stitching, or missing paint.

Because we are a small shop and without high inventory, we are unable to exchange items. 

Non-returnable items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. SALE ITEMS, Clearance items, anything discounted more than 15% or more is non-refundable, or anything that has SALE written in the description or code.

Sale Section and Clearance Items.

Any item that is returned and postmarked more than 14 days after purchase.

International orders – Any order made outside of the United States will not be eligible for a return or exchange..

 

Q: My item says it is lost or it was delivered and it is not here. 

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS /UPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled directly with USPS or UPS. 

 

Q: When will my order ship?

We usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on product description. We will notify you if we have to make an exception. If your item is a pre-order, please see our pre-order updates page for estimated deliveries.

 

Q: Do you sell overseas? 

 A: Due to Licensing most of our catalog cannot be sold overseas and are only available for shipping in the U.S and Canada. We do however have a select few products that are available for overseas purchase.
