What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders are a way to purchase items you love before they come in stock. All pre-orders are stock we have already ordered from the supplier. Please note that delivery time frames for these items are variable and shipping delays can occur.
Should I pre-order?
If you know you want a product but are worrying about it selling out, pre-ordering is the way to reserve your product and be sure you get one. If you are looking to receive an item within a certain timeframe, we do not recommend pre-ordering. We have no control over the time frame in which inventory is received.
Do you require prepayment for a preorder item?
Yes, currently all pre-orders are charged immediately. This will lock your order in and you will have top priority.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
If you need to cancel a pre-order, we offer store credit for all cancellations. If you would prefer a credit back to your original form of payment, please note that we do charge a 15% fee.
When will my pre-order item ship?
We do wait until all items in your order arrive before shipping. Once your item(s) arrives in our warehouse, you will receive your tracking number via email. To find updates on pre-order estimated arrivals, check out our Pre-order updates page: Pre-order updates
Will pre-orders restock if they sell out?
If items are sold out during the pre-order stage, we may or may not restock depending on availability of the item from the manufacturer.
