In-Stock Items

In-Stock items purchased on our website will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

• An email with a tracking number will be sent out once item has shipped.
• If your package is lost or damaged please file a claim through the shipping company. 
• Your entire order will be shipped out all at once. If some items on your order are not in stock, we will hold off shipping until your entire order becomes in stock. For fastest delivery, please place separate orders. 
• Please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct before placing any orders.
• Please note we do not pay for shipping on returns

Please see the product description for estimated shipping dates. These dates are subject to change at anytime. Once we get word from the product company that our items are ready for shipment to our warehouse, more accurate shipping estimates will be posted on our 'Pre-order Updates' page.

Free Shipping on Order Over $100 in the Domestic U.S.

Some orders over $100 may be eligible for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. When customers cancel a portion of their order, bringing the total value of the order under $100, the free shipping promotion is no longer valid. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, to account for shipping the remaining products.
